Utilizing A Shared Extension
A shared extension allows a user to have a
secondary phone line displayed that would be
shared with another user. Shared extension
capabilities include park and pick-up calls on that
line, answer and place calls from that line, as well as
view call status.
To place a call from a shared line:
• Tap the line appearance of the shared extension
• Enter the phone number or extension to dial
To park and pick-up a call:
• Place active call on hold to park the call
– Call status color will change from green to gray
• Tap the line appearance of the shared extension
to pick-up a call

Incoming calls to the shared extension will appear on the active call screen with a
label indicating the extension. If multiple calls are on hold on the shared extension,
press and hold the extension line appearance to select the call to answer.
