 Function parameter register 40XXX of soft starter
XXX-1 is as 1YY in hexadecimal and YY corresponds to code value in table on section 4.2.
For example, 108 corresponds with 08 (starting mode). Reading or writing these function
codes is possible. Examples are below.
Example 1: Read the function code 04 (current-limiting value)
The controller sends 02 03 01 04 00 01.
The read value of function code 04 is returned. For example, 02 03 02 01 5E means the
current limiting value is 350%.
Example 2: Read the function code 0C (protection level)
The sent code is 02 03 01 0C 00 01. A returned code 02 03 02 00 03 is the protection level

Example 3: Modify the function code 04 (starting current) of soft starter to 250%.
The master sends 02 06 01 04 00 FA and VS65 returns the code 02 06 01 04 00 FA. If the
code 02 86 03 is returned, it means writing is disable, possibly because the starter is
running.

The setup of the function codes below is associated with communication and setting on the
keypad.
