WARRANTY CLAIMS
First please follow the troubleshooting procedure described above. If you are unable to
solve your problem then please call 1300 305 393. You will be required to provide the
following details:
The model number, serial number, and the date of purchase of the UPS. Be prepared to
troubleshoot the problem over the telephone with technical support. If unsuccessful
the technical support team will issue a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) Number
& Warranty Procedure Document. Our technical support personnel will also guide you
through the process.

6 STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE
6-1. Operation
The Commander series contains no user-serviceable parts. If the battery service life (3~5
years at 25°C ambient temperature) has been exceeded, the batteries must be replaced.

Be sure to deliver the spent battery
to a recycling facility or ship it to your
dealer in the replacement battery
packing material.
