8. T-Series Display Error Message
ERROR TYPE DISPLAY MESSAGE DESCRIPTION
WARNING “HIGH MAINS VOLTAGE” Mains close to upper limit, warning
WARNING “LOW MAINS VOLTAGE” Mains close to lower limit, warning
WARNING “HIGH TEMP” Temperature of power supply too high, warning
WARNING “HIGH TEMP” Temperature of channel too high, warning
WARNING “IN CLIP” Input clipping, input signal too high
ERROR “POWER SUPPLY FAULT\nCALL SERVICE CENTER” Auxiliary supplies (+12, -12) not good
ERROR "POWER SUPPLY FAULT\nCALL SERVICE CENTER"
Main PSU fault: mains is present, but main PSU does not deliver the
correct output voltage
ERROR “FAN FAULT\nCALL SERVICE CENTER”
Fan power draw is not normal (can be faulty fan, disconnected or shorted
cabling to fan)
ERROR “MAINS OVERVOLTAGE” Mains out of range, mains overvoltage (>265VAC), shutdown
ERROR “MAINS UNDERVOLTAGE” Mains out of range, mains undervoltage (<90VAC), shutdown
ERROR “PSU OVERTEMP” Temperature of power supply too high, shutdown
ERROR “SUPPLY FAULT”
Rails voltage out of range, usually PSU fault or channel pair fuse blown.
Happens always for a channel pair (12 or 34), or all of them (1234).
ERROR “OVERTEMP” Temperature of channel too high, shutdown
ERROR “PROTECT”
Overcurrent protection, output current above limit, output stopped with
automatic retry after some time
