7. Set the replacement mounting bracket at its mounting position on the frame. Apply blue
loctite to the ramp mounting bolts removed in step 6. Slide the wave washers onto the
mounting bolts and then the shims. Hand start the ramp mounting bolts and then torque
them to 35 ft./lbs.
8. Slide the ramp onto the lift yoke and set it at its mounting position on the ramp mounting
bracket.
9. Replace and torque the four bolts that fasten the ramp to the rear ramp bracket to 12 ft./lbs.
10. Apply a coat of blue loctite to the lift yoke bolts. Replace and tighten the lift yoke bolts.
11. Rotate both stairarms forward so that they are resting on the ramp.
12. Replace the front, top, left and right cover sections per Procedure 7.15.
13. Check unit operation as described in Section Four.
