In cases where two PLC tags are listed as in: TotalMesageCnt & ClearDiagStrobe. The first PLC tag (TotalMesageCnt) is the curren value of this
parameters in the SD230 or LH200. The second PLC tag (ClearDiagStrobe) is set to minus one (-1) to reset the associated value(s) to zero
(TotalMesageCnt). This tag is set to zero upon completion of the clear action.
In cases where one PLC tag is listed, setting or clearing mechanisms have not been implemented for the PLC and the value is effectively read
only.
