Why is the image vertically offset on my Primera LX610 Label Maker?

  The image may be vertically offset due to several reasons. It could be a TOF Offset issue, which can be resolved by increasing the setting to move the image down or decreasing it to move the image up. Nonstandard or non-translucent backing material might also cause this; test with approved label stock from Primera. Also, ensure the label gap distance is correct and that the page size in the printer preferences is large enough to cover the label. Finally, verify that the portrait/landscape setting is correct and the sensor position is properly adjusted, especially for circular or non-rectangular labels.
