To replace the batteries, make sure that the meter is turned off.
WARNING
As with all small objects, the batteries should be kept away from small children as
a safety precaution. If the batteries are swallowed, seek medical assitance
immediately.
Press the edge of the
battery cover and lift
it up to remove.

Remove the old
batteries and replace
with two (2) new
1.5V AAA size
alkaline batteries.

Close the battery
cover. If the batteries
are inserted correctly,
you will hear a
“beep” sound.
