Architecture
The SmartStor DS4600’s architecture is based on the Oxford Semiconductor
OXUFS936QSE, a universal interface SATA RAID Controller. The SmartStor is a
plug-and-play device with no drivers to load.
Protocol Support
SmartStor DS4600 supports:
• eSATA host interface – Up to 300 Mb/s
• FireWire 800 host interface – Up to 800 Mb/s
• FireWire 400 host interface – Up to 400 Mb/s
• USB 2.0 host interface – Up to 480 Mb/s
