7.0 Fault analysis and troubleshoo• ng
For your convenience, this wheelchair is equipped with an automa• c fault warning device. Once it is out of order, the controller
panel will display the pa• ern and the horn will sound. You can •nd where the fault is according to the table below. If the fault
persists a• er checking, please contact your service agent.
1 Flash
The ba• eries need charging or there is a bad
connec• on to the ba• eries.
Check the connec• ons to the ba• eries. If the
connec• ons are good, try charging the ba• eries.
2 Flashes
The le• motor (M1) or encoder has a bad
connec• on.
Check the connec• ons to the le• motor and
encoder.
3 Flashes
The le• motor (M1) wiring is faulty or a stall
condi• on has been detected.
Check the connec• ons to the le• motor and
encoder.
4 Flashes
The right motor (M2) or encoder has a bad
connec• on.
Check the connec• ons to the right motor and
encoder.
5 Flashes
The right motor (M2) wiring is faulty or a stall
condi• on has been detected.
Check the connec• ons to the right motor and
encoder.
7 Flashes
A joys• ck fault is indicated.
Make sure that the joys• ck is in the center
posi• on before switching on the controller.
7 Flashes (+ fl ashing
speed indicator)
A communica• on fault is indicated.
Make sure that the joys• ck module cable is
securely connected and not damaged.
8 Flashes
A possible controller fault is indicated. Make sure that all connec• ons are secure.
9 Flashes
The parking brakes have a bad connec• on.
Check the parking brake, motor and controller
connec• ons are all secure.
10 Flashes
An excessive voltage has been applied to the
controller. This is usually caused by a poor ba• ery
connec• on.
Check the ba• ery connec• ons are all secure.
