Raven MPV-7100 - MPV will not move; Generator will not power other devices

High Level Check System Check Remedy
12 Volt battery may be low. Plug in charger.
Provided with Raven MPV.
Generator panel switch is on
Not sitting properly on seat
Seat switch
12V starter battery low voltage, or battery
failure
Replace 12V battery or charge the battery if it
is simply low
Out Of gas Out of gas
Needs to be manuelly choked
Fuel pump
Engine leaking oil Find location. Tighten oil drain plug by hand
Oil Level is too high
If oil level is too high the oil will be see
coming out of the air filter and in the neg
spilter over top of the engine.
Bad carburetor Replace carburetor
Engine shuts off when switching into reverse Use RMO Switch
Need to check whether the deck or the engine
is shut down.
Generator panel on/off switch hit by foot
seat switch, defective opto, etc.
Verify Rider weight. Parking brake is on
Unit is in neutral on transaxle 100A fuse, failed or missing 48V battery
Accelerator pedal failure
Accelerator pedal connector to harness
failure or loose connection.
Check connector is fully seated and check for
visible wire damaged.
Bad seat switch or seat switch connector.
Check pins for all 4 wires fully inserted in
plastic housing. Test and replace switch if
necessary
12V starter battery low voltage, or battery
