Onceyouhaveachievedoptimumperformanceatthedesiredvesselspeedsthetransducermustbe
lockedintopositiontocompletetheinstallation.
1.Drillthelockingholelocationtakingcarenottodamagethemountingbracket.
2.Fillthelockingholewithmarinegradesealant.
3.Securethetransducerandbracketbyfullytighteningall3mountingscrews.
4.Securethetransducerhangerbytighteningthemountingbolt;donotexceedatorqueof35Nm
(25.8ftlb).Thetransducerhangershouldnotbeeasilymoveablebyhand,andshouldremainin
itsnormaloperatingpositionwhenyourvesselisunderway.
