Chapter 2: Commissioning
T his chapter will guid e you through th e commission ing process for your
Raymari ne autopilot. T his comprises a series of dockside safety checks followed
by a sho rt seatrial calibration .

All aut opilot systems must be calibr ated befor e use.
SmartPilot Controller
T he system is commissio ned using th e SmartPilot controller connected to the
system.
2.1 Dockside Checks
WARNING: Ensure safe control
For saf e control of your boat, you MUST complete the dockside
chec ks before star ting the in itial seatri al.
With th e boat safely tied up , complete the following dockside checks:
