7.14 Fuel tank
7.14.1 To do a tank venting
1. Drain the fuel tank and put the product with the top
down.
2. Remove the transparent fuel hose from the
carburetor and connect it to the pressure tester.
3. Tighten the fuel tank cap. Make sure that there are
no leaks around the bushings in the fuel tank.
4. Use the pressure tester to make a negative pressure
in the tank. If there is no pressure or the negative
pressure is very low, replace the fuel tank.
7.14.2 To remove the fuel tank
1. Drain the fuel tank and put the product with the top
down.
2. Remove the transparent fuel hose from the
carburetor. Remove the 2 screws.
3. Remove the fuel tank.
4. Use pliers to open the clamp and remove the fuel
hose from the fuel tank.
