11. Remove the handle parts. Make a note of the
position of the spring.
12. Remove the cables from the start switch. Make a
note of the position of the cables.

1. Remove the spark plug.
2. Put a piston stop in the spark plug hole.
3. Remove the handle. Refer to

4. Remove the 3 screws (A).

5. Remove the 2 screws (B) that are attached to the
exhaust pipe brackets.
6. Remove the gearbox and cutting deck (C).
