17. Switching between beginner/sport mode
The transmitter offers you the option of individually adjusting the sensitivity of the quadrocopter by switching between
beginner and sport mode.
Beginner mode
Inthisightmode,thequadrocopterreactsmoreslowlytothetransmitter'ssteeringcommands.Itcanthusbecon-
trolledverysensitively.Thismodeisidealforpilotsyingthequadrocopterforthersttime.
Sport mode
In sport mode, the quadrocopter reacts much more sharply to the transmitter's steering commands. For this reason,
this mode is ideal for advanced users.
Activation of the different ight modes:
When it is switched on, the transmitter is automatically in
beginner mode.
To switch from beginner mode to sport mode, press the
joystick for the bob/roll function (3) downwards.
The transmitter emits two short beeps to indicate that sport
mode has been activated.
If you press the joystick downwards again, the transmitter
changes back into beginner mode and emits a short beep
to indicate this.
