13. MONTAGE DES
LAMES
• Placez les deux lames extérieures dans le
cadre. Faites attention à l’orientation de la
lame.
A
• Le côté avec 2 axes, grand axe et petit axe
est le côté du moteur.
B
• Le côté avec 1 axe est le côté sans moteur.
C
• Lame de renforcement : se reconnaît grâce
aux axes plus épais que les lames stan-
dards.
D
S’utilise à partir des dimensions suivantes :
pour une Ellice
®
avec pivot ≥ 4325 mm on
fournit une lame de renforcement.
Pour une Ellice
®
avec un Pivot ≥ 5615 mm
on fournit 2 lames de renforcement.
Montage des lames de renforcement, voir
rubrique 14.
Montage des lames Lineo LED, voir
rubrique 19.
• Inclinez la lame et glissez l’axe du côté
sans moteur le plus profondement possible
dans le trou prévu dans le profil cadre
pivot.

• Redressez la lame et glissez l’axe de l’autre
côté dans le trou prévu dans le profil cadre
Pivot du côté opposé.
F
• Fixez la lame sur l’axe du côté sans moteur
à l’aide d’un clips.
G
• Répétez l’opération pour toutes les lames.
13. MOUNTING THE
BLADES
• Put the two external blades into the frame.
Carefully check the orientation of the
blade.
A
• The side with two shafts, the big one and
the little shaft, is the motor side.
B
• The side with 1 shaft is the non-motor side.
C
• Reinforced blade: this can be recognized
by the thicker shaft compared to standard
blades.
D
They are used on dimensions starting from
the following: We supply 1 reinforced
blade with an Ellice
®
with Pivot ≥ 4325
mm. We supply 2 reinforced blades with
an Ellice
®
with Pivot ≥ 5615 mm.
For fitting these reinforced blades, see
section 14.
For fitting Lineo LED blades, see section 19.
• Keep the blade at an angle and slide
the shaft on the non-motor side as far as
possible into the hole provided in the Pivot.

• Now position the blade straight again
and slide the shaft on the other side into
the hole provided in the opposite Pivot.
F
• Lock the blade onto the shaft on the non-
motor side with the clips provided.
G
• Repeat these steps for all the blades.
13. MONTAGE DER
LAMELLEN
• Platzieren Sie die zwei äußersten Lamellen
in den Rahmen. Achten Sie auf die Orien-
tierung der Lamelle.
A
• Die Seite mit zwei Achsen, große Achse
und kleine Achse, ist die Motorseite.
B
• Die Seite mit einer Achse ist die Nicht-Mo-
torseite.
C
• Verstärkungslamelle: erkennbar an den
dickeren Achsen als bei den Standardla-
mellen.
D
Kommen ab den folgenden Abmessungen
vor: Bei Ellice
®
mit Pivot ≥ 4.325 mm wird
eine Verstärkungslamelle mitgeliefert. Bei
Ellice
®
mit Pivot ≥ 5.615 mm werden zwei
Verstärkungslamellen mitgeliefert.
Für die Montage dieser Verstärkungslamel-
len siehe Abschnitt 14.
Für die Montage der Lineo-LED-Lamellen
siehe Abschnitt 19.
• Halten Sie die Lamelle schräg und schie-
ben Sie die Achse an der Nicht-Motorseite
so weit wie möglich in das vorgesehene
Loch des Pivots.
E
• Halten Sie die Lamelle nun wieder gerade
und schieben Sie die Achse an der ande-
ren Seite ebenfalls in das vorgesehene
Loch des gegenüberliegenden Pivots.
F
• Sichern Sie die Lamelle an der Achse an
der Nicht-Motorseite mit den vorgesehenen
Klipps.
G
• Wiederholen Sie dies für alle Lamellen.
13. MONTEREN VAN DE
LAMELLEN
• Plaats de twee uiterste lamellen in het
kader. Kijk goed naar de oriëntatie van de
lamel.
A
• Kant met 2 assen, grote as en kleine as, is
motorzijde.
B
• Kant met 1 as is de niet-motorzijde.
C
• Verstevigingslamel: te herkennen aan de
dikkere assen als de standaard lamellen.
D
Komen voor vanaf volgende afmetingen;
Bij een Ellice
®
met pivot ≥ 4325 mm wordt
1 verstevigingslamel meegeleverd.
Bij een Ellice
®
met pivot ≥ 5615 mm
worden 2 verstevigingslamellen meegele-
verd.
Plaatsing van deze verstevigingslamellen,
zie rubriek 14.
Plaatsing van Lineo LED lamellen, zie
rubriek 19.
• Hou de lamel schuin en schuif de as aan
de niet-motorzijde zo ver mogelijk in het
voorziene gat van de pivot.
E
• Hou de lamel nu terug recht en schuif de as
aan de andere zijde ook in het voorziene
gat van de tegenoverliggende pivot.
F
• Borg de lamel op de as aan de niet-motor-
zijde met de voorziene clips.
G
• Herhaal dit voor alle lamellen.
