Cannot specify folding. The paper tray setting in the
printer driver's Printer
Properties dialog box is set to
[Auto Tray Select] or [Bypass
Tray].

Translucent paper and film are not
available for folding. They are delivered
to the upper output stacker, but not
folded. Select another paper type, and
then specify folding.
"Please wait." appears on the

The folding finisher is offline. Turn off the main power switch of both
the machine and folding finisher, and
then turn them back on again in the
following order: folding finisher, and
then the machine.
Then check the folding finisher is online.

“Sleep mode” might be set. The machine requires time to warm up if
it has been in “Sleep mode”. In [System
Settings], under [Timer Settings], select
[Auto Off Timer], and then specify
“Sleep mode”.

changed, there might be a delay before
