Smart Organizing Monitor Download
Smart Organizing Monitor (SOM) is a software utility that allows you to modify the
printer’s settings or view the machine’s status from your computer. If you do not have the
Printer Driver, Utilities and Manuals software CD, you can download this utility from the Ricoh
website, as follows:
1. Check for 32-bit or 64-bit computer operating system…
a. Click [Start].
b. Right-click [Computer].
c. Select [Properties].
d. Make note of System type, 32- or 64-bit.
e. Click [X] to close window.
2. Download Smart Organizing Monitor…
a. Open web browser.
b. Enter http://www.ricoh-usa.com
.
c. Click [Downloads].
d. In Search field, enter: 311.
e. Click [SEARCH].
