Horizontal Commands
Horizontal Commands set the Horizontal Scale (time base) and the waveform
horizontal position in the memory (trigger offset). The waveform will enlarge or
shrink when the horizontal Scale changed.
Horizontal Commands include:
 :TIMebase:MODE
 :TIMebase[:DELayed]:OFFSet
 :TIMebase[:DELayed]:SCALe
 :TIMebase:FORMat
