Returned Format:
Query returns the set value of <value> in scientific numeric notation.
Example:
:TRIGger:SLOPe:LEVelA□2 Set the upper trigger level as 2
:TRIGger:SLOPe:LEVelA? Query returns 2.000e+00

The command is to set the lower trigger Level B.
