8.10 SHEET ALIGNMENT
•
For the folding machine to
work efficiently, squared and
well-
cut sheets must be used.
They can be inserted in
different ways:
• Front alignmen
t. This can be
obtained by pushing the sheet
toward the machine entry to
align with the two entry rollers
(fig. 32).
• Side
alignment. It must be
used for long copies or those
with a limited width. This type
of alignment is obtained by
keeping the sheet alig
ned
against the side edge before
and during the folding
operation (fig. 33).
• Alignment during
cross
folding
. To make it easier for
the paper pack to enter the
machine, for the second fold, it
may have to be pushed slightly
to avoid slipping on the entry
ro
llers that would lead to an
incorrect fold measurement
and thus wrinkle the paper.
8.10 ALLINEAMENTO
FOGLI
Per un buon funzionamento della
piegatrice devono essre utilizzati
fogli ben tagliati in squadra, che
potranno essere inseriti in due
diversi modi:
• Allineamento frontale.
Si
ot
tiene spingendo il foglio
verso l’ingresso della
macchina, in modo da o
ttenere
l’allineamento ai due rulli di
ingresso (fig.32).
• Allineamento laterale
. Deve
essere utilizzato per copie
lunghe o di larghezza limitata
e si ottiene tenendo il foglio
allineato al bordo laterale
pri
ma e durante la piegatura
(fig.33).
• Allineamento
durante la
piegatura trasversale.
Per
faci
litare l’ingresso del pacco
di carta, per la seconda
piegatura, può essere
necessario spingere
leggermente lo stesso per
evi
tare slittamenti sui rulli di

gresso che avrebbero come
conseguenza una errata misura
d
i piega ed il crearsi di
fastidiose grinze sulla carta.
NOTA BENE
Quando il lembo di testa del foglio
non è tagliato ben in squadra con il
lato sinistro del foglio, si deve
uti
lizzare il sistema di
allineamento laterale ed in ogni
caso il lembo iniziale no
n sarà
della lunghezza corretta.
8.10 PLANAUSRICHTUNG

sein (Abb. 33).
• Ausrichtung während des
Querfaltens. Für den zweiten
Faltvorgang, um die
Papierpaketzufuhr zu
vereinfachen, kann das Paket
leicht geschoben werden, um
das Rutschen auf den
Einlaufsrollen zu vermeiden,
was als Folge eine falsche
Faltgrösse ergeben und
unangenehme Runzeln auf
dem Papier verursachen
würde.
ANMERKUNG
Wenn die obere Seite des Bogens
nicht rechwinkelig mit der linken
Seite geschnitten wurde, so muss
das seitliche Ausrichtungssystem
verwendet werden, und der
anfängliche Bogen wird auf allen
Fällen der genauen Länge nicht
entsprechen.

When the leading edge of the sheet
is not well cut and squared with
the left side of the sheet, a side
alignment system must be used
and, in any case, the leading edge
will not have the correct length.
