THE RIG. 801-107cm
AUTOMATIC FOLDING
MACHINE has been designed
and built to accordion fold even
large sheets, rapidly and
efficiently, without having to
press the final folds by hand.
The automatic folding machine
folds sheets with a maximum
width of 107 cm and the folds
can be can be adjusted from
175 to 215 mm.The machine
can fold sizes even longer than
4 m by using an automatic
device that folds the document
in multiples of 4 m, inserting
but not folding two“pages”of
the selected fold size. The
folded copy is then delivered to
the front delivery rack (below
the table).
The
RIG. 801-107cm is equipped
with four different folding
programmes:
• Folding with front title
block and final adjustment
fold
• Folding with front title
block, final adjustment fold
and protruding border for
filing (on the last sheet).
• Parallel folding with front
title block and random final
border.
• 297 mm cross-folding from
the pack that was previously
accordion folded (max. size
A0).
La PIEGATRICE UTOMATICA
RIG. 801-107cm è stata
progettata e costruita per piegare
a soffietto e in tempi brevissimi
fogli anche di grandi dimensioni,
senza dover ressare a mano le
pieghe finali.
La piegatrice automatica effettua
pieghe regolabili da 175 a 215
mm di fogli con larghezza massima
107 cm. Può piegare formati di
lunghezza anche superiore a 4 m.
utilizzando un dispositivo
automatico che permette la
piegatura a moduli multipli di 4
m. intercalati da due “pagine”
della misura di piega scelta, non
piegate, ed espellerà la copia
piegata, nel cestello di raccolta
anteriore (sotto il tavolo).
RIG. 801-107cm. è dotata di
quattro dif
ferentiprogrammi di
piegatura:
• Piegatura con tabella in testa e
finale calcolato
• Piegatura con tabella in testa,
finale calcolato e con in più
un bordino sporgente
(nell’ultimo foglio) per
l’archiviazione.
• Piegatura parallela tabella in
testa e ultimo lembo casuale.
• Piegatura trasversale a 297
mm dal pacco
recedentemente piegato a
soffietto(formato maxA0).

ist zum
längsfalten von Plänen, sehr
schnell auch im fall von grossen
Formaten, entwickelt worden,
ohne manuell die Endfalten
pressen zu müssen.
Der Faltautomat faltet Pläne mit
max. Breite von 107
cm und
Falte
instellmöglichkeit von 175 bis
215 mm.
Er kann auch über 4 m lange
Formate mittels einer auto-
matischen Vorrichtung falten, die
das Falten in 4 m langen
mehrfachen Modulen mit zwei
dazwischen positionierten nicht
gefalteten “Seiten” in der
ausgewählten Fal
tgrösse
ermöglicht und die gefaltete Kopie
in den vorderen Auffangkorb
(unter dem Tisch) auswirft.
RIG. 801-107cm
verfügt über
vier unterschiedliche Falt-
programme:
• Falten mit Tabelle vorne
und berechnetem End-
bogen,
• Falten mit Tabelle vorne,
berechnetem Endbogen und
herausragenden Heftstreifen
(auf dem letzten Bogen) zur
Archivierung .
• Parallelfalten mit Tabelle
vorne und zufälligem
Endbogen.
• Querfalten à 297 mm des
vorher ängsgefalteten
Pakets (max. Format AO).
