10.1 ERROR CODES
The machine is programmed to
display the main operating
defects detected using a
numeric code together with an
acoustic signal.
NOTE
When the machine is turned on,
make s
ure there is no paper
obstructing the photocells on
the work table to prevent the
system from displaying an error
signal.
Some error codes are caused by
false readings of the photocells on
the machine.

CHAPTER (10.2).
Code 001:
Positioning problem with the
motor for the entry roller:
1. Press the Eject/Stop button (C)
for about ten seconds.
2. Turn off the machine using the
on-
off switch (O) and turn it on
again after at least 5 seconds.
If the code and acoustic signal
disappear, the work cycle can be
started
.
Code 002:
-
Positioning problem with the
motor for the fold roller.
-
Follow the procedure described
for error code 001.
Code 004:
Photocell B4 reading error -
paper
may be
jammed inside the
machine.
10.1 CODICI D’ERRORE
La macchina è programmata per
segnalare sul display, con un
codice numerico unitamente ad un
segnale acustico, i principali difetti
di funzionamento riscontrati.
NOTA
Accertarsi che al momento
dell’accensione della macchina
non vi sia carta sotto le fotocellule
del tavolo di lavoro onde evitare
un segnale d’errore.
Alcuni codici di errore sono
dovuti a false letture delle
fotocellule presenti nella
macchina. PER VERIFICARE IL
FUNZIONAMENTO DELLE
FOTOCELLULE VEDERE IL
CAPITOLO ”VERIFICA
FOTOCELLULE” (10.2).
Cod. 001:
Difficoltà di posizionamento del
motore per il rullo ingresso:
1. Premere il tasto
Espulsione/Stop (C) per una
decina di secondi.
2. Spegnere la macchina tramite
l’Interruttore generale(O) e
riaccenderla dopo almeno 5
secondi.
Se il codice ed il segnale acustico
scompaiono si può iniziare il ciclo
di lavoro.
Cod. 002:
− Difficoltàdi posizionamento
del motore per il rullo piega.
− Procedere come al cod.001.
Cod 004:
Errore lettura fotocellula B4 può
essere rimasta incastrata della carta
all’interno della macchina.

um die hauptsächlichen
Betriebsstörungen auf dem
Display, mittels numerischen Code
und akustischen Signals,
anzuzeigen.
ANMERKUNG
Sichern, dass bei der
Inbetriebnahme der Maschine,
kein Papier unter den Photozellen
des Arbeitstisches liegt, um
Fehlermeldungen zu vermeiden.
Einige Fehlercoden ergeben sich
aus einer falschen Ablesung der
Photozellen in der Maschine.
Um den Betrieb der Photozellen
zu
überprüfen, den Abschnitt
“ÜBERPRÜFUNG DER
PHOTOZELLEN” (10.2) lesen.
Code 001:
Schwierigkeiten bei der Motor-
positionierung für die Einlaufs-
rolle :
1.
Die Taste Auswurf/Stop (C)
für 10 Sekunden drücken.
2. M
it dem Hauptschalter (O) die
Maschine abstellen und nach
mindestens 5 Sekunden
wiedereinschalten.
Wenn der Code und das akustische
Signal verschwinden, so kann der
Arbeitsvorgang gestartet werden.
Code 002:

Schwierigkeiten bei der
Motorpositionierung für
die
Faltrolle.
− Wie für Code 001 vorgehen.
Code 004:
Ablesungsfehler der Photozelle B4
Höchstwahrscheinlich gibt es
einen Papierstau
innerhalb der Maschine.
