Exterior Shower
The outside shower hose attaches to the faucet inside the rearmost driver's side storage compartment, behind the rear wheel. This faucet provides
hot and cold running water from the same sources as your inside faucets. When finished, disconnect, and store the shower hose and nozzle.
Side Doorstep
Your Roadtrek is equipped with a step that automatically extends when the side door is opened for easy entry and exit out of your vehicle. The
controls can be accessed thru the firefly control unit. With the step switch on, the step will extend once when the door is open and remain
extended even if the door is closed. With the switch off, the step will extend and retract every time the door is opened and closed. (Picture 31.1,
31.2)
For safety reasons, the step will automatically retract when the ignition is turned on, even if the step switch is on. This is to prevent
damage caused by driving with the step extended.
The driver's side and passenger's side doorsteps are not affected by this switch and will extend and retract every time the doors
are opened.
