6-4-7 CYLINDER HEAD

1) Clean carbon from combustion chamber and dirt from between the cooling fins of cylinder head.
2) Use new cylinder head gasket.
Check its mounting face for distortion.
NOTE I Cylrider head gasket must be placed folded edge up. roward cylinder head)
3) Install the cylinder head so that the alignment marks on the cylinder head and cylinder match.
M8 X 35 mm bolt and washer * - * - 4pcs.
NOTE : Special bolts are to be instak?d on the mumer side of the cylinder head.

Check Carbon deposits and wear on the spark plug terminal.
Replace spark plug with a new one if necessary.
Spark Plug : CHAMPION U8 or
NGK BM6A
