Basic operation for Cool Edit Pro LE
Installing Cool Edit Pro LE

Insert the included UA Software CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.

Click the Windows [Start] button, and then click Run.
The Run dialog box will appear.

In the Open text box, input D:\CoolEdit_LE\cep1le and then click [OK].
* In this explanation we are assuming that your CD-ROM drive is drive D:, but the
drive name may be different depending on your computer. If the drive name is
different on your computer, input the appropriate drive name. You can check the
drive name of your CD-ROM drive by double-clicking the My Computer icon.
Then perform the installation as described in the screen.
The Cool Edit has now been installed.
Before starting the
installation process,
please exit all other
Windows programs.
