4. Attach the shafts and engage the brake.

Fit the stoppers onto the shafts.
Fit two stoppers onto each shaft.

Place the shafts on the stand and engage the brake.

 Engage the brake.
 Peel off the tape.
Orient so that this side
faces outward.
 Place the shafts on the stand.
