Procedure:
1. Lower lift to the floor and
turn the disconnect switch
to “OFF”, Fig. 7.
2. Remove the wheels free
devices (rolling bridges)
from the lift.
When the control is
in the calibration mode the control
does not equalize the runways. The
wheels free device (rolling bridge)
must be removed to avoid damage
to the wheels free device, lift, or
personnel.
3. Open the top panel, see Fig.
8, and move toggle switch
to “CALIBRATE”, Fig. 9 and
close top panel.
4. Turn the disconnect switch
to “ON” and press the
“RAISE” button as shown in
Fig 7 to raise both runways
to full rise.
5. Press the “LOWER” button
as shown in Fig. 7 to lower
both runways to the floor.

LIFT WILL NOT EQUALIZE IN CALIBRATE MODE. REMOVE ROLLING
BRIDGES BEFORE RUNNING CALIBRATE MODE. NEVER USE
CALIBRATE MODE WITH A VEHICLE ON THE LIFT. REFER TO
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR CALIBRATION STEPS
AND EMERGENCY LOWERING PROCEDURE.
