Program 9 Low Carb
Ingredients:
Vegetable Oil 4 ½ tbsp Baking soda ¼ tsp
Eggs (large) 2 Salt ¼ tsp
Honey 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder 1 tsp
Splenda (or similar) ½ cup Cinnamon ¼ tsp
Crushed Tinned
pineapple with juice
½ cup Freshly Grated Carrot 1 cup
Gluten Free Self-
Raising Flour
1 ¼ cup Chopped Pecans or
Walnuts
½ cup
Baking powder 2 tsp Raisins ½ cup
Method: Place the oil honey and vinegar into the bread pan rst, then add the other
ingredients. Select programme 9, set the size of loaf to 750g and choose the colour of the crust
required. Press Start.
