MXS does not support GPS PPS, this is a future provision. Pin can be left floating (No Connect)

The transponder must be in maintenance mode for the Installation message to be received and processed, otherwise the
message is ignored.

RS-422 bus will be selected if pins are left unconnected. The pin must be grounded to select RS-232 bus. (See Table 6-2)

Transmit and receive are from the MXS perspective. Connect as appropriate. There must be at least one COM port
connected for control.
