If the SAJ Controller experiences overcurrent during acceleration, it might be due to several reasons. The output circuit of the AC Drive could be grounded or short-circuited, requiring you to eliminate external faults. Alternatively, the acceleration time may be too short, so try increasing it. If the startup operation is performed on a rotating motor, select rotational speed tracking restart or start the motor after it stops. Finally, the AC Drive model might be of too small power, in which case you should select an AC Drive with higher power.
