Chapter 8 Warranty Policy
Thank you for using SAJ products.
To ensure the high quality service for the products you bought from SAJ, please read the following
items carefully:
1.1 Standard warranty period
Standard warranty period of VM1000B series general purpose AC Drive is 18 months from
the date of delivery from factory, referring to the barcode on the AC Drive body.
1.2 Warranty scope
During the warranty period, in case there is any fault in the product as long as it’s used normally
as required, SAJ will provides you free product maintenance service if you offers the maintenance
card.
1.3 Conditions as below will be out of the warranty scope
1. Damage to the product due to incorrect maintenance, on-site incidents or natural disasters, etc.;
2. Damage to the product by unpermitted dismantling and re-assembling or re-constructuring the
product;
3. SN has been changed, missed or wrong SN;
4. Damage to the product caused by incorrect use by disobeying the user manual or by human factors;
5. No warranty card is sent back to aftersales service center of SAJ.
