Functional description
When the piston (1) goes up, the upper valve (2) closes and the lower
valve (3) opens. The piston (1) expels the fluid from the upper
chamber (V2) to the outside and sucks the fluid to fill the lower
chamber (V1).
When the piston (1) goes down, the upper valve (2) opens and the
lower valve (3) closes. The piston (1) compresses the fluid in the lower
chamber (V1) and transfers it to the upper chamber (V2). Since the
volume of the upper chamber (V2) is half that of the lower chamber
(V1), a volume equivalent to the upper chamber (V2) is expelled from
the pump.
Attention
The friction caused by the movement of the fluid inside
the pump and its accessories as well as those caused by
the seals creates static electricity that can cause fire or
explosion. It is therefore necessary to connect the fluid
section to earth via the motor ground cable (refer to
motor instructions for grounding).
Never place your hand on the suction port of the pump.
The suction power may cause serious injury.
