Products, paints
It is forbidden to use halogenated hydrocarbon solvents and products
containing these solvents in the presence of aluminum or zinc.
Failure to comply with these instructions may result in explosion hazards
causing serious injury or death.
The user shall identify and prevent potential hazards inherent to the
products used, such as fire or explosion hazards, and toxicity hazards
with serious injuries through body contact, in the eyes, under the skin,
but also through ingestion or inhalation.
In relation to the products and paints (liquid or powder) used with its
equipment, SAMES KREMLIN cannot be held responsible for direct or
indirect material damage caused in use, for the poor compatibility of
materials in contact, for the inherent risks to personnel and the
environment, for wear and tear, for malfunctions of the equipment or
installations and for the quality of the finished product.
Ventilation
It is imperative that the spray booths are properly ventilated
to avoid high concentrations of product, paint and to keep the LEL
(Lower Explosion Limit) below.
If ventilation is turned off, toxic substances or dust may remain in the
spray booth and cause a risk of fire, poisoning or irritation.
Toxicity
Depending on the product used, toxic and/or flammable
vapours may form.
There is a danger of intoxication and burning associated with the
concentration of these vapors.
