Check the state of the
connector which connects
the engine board and
HVPS
Re-connect connector of the
engine board and HVPS.
Check the state of Black image.
Check the charge voltage
output of HVPS
Replace the HVPS.
Charge voltage is not
turned because of
contamination between
power supply in the side
of the drum cartridge and
charge terminal of HVPS.
Clean the high voltage charge
terminal.
