Since SVR-945 does not have a built-in DVD-R, please connect an external
backup device. Connect the device to a USB or eSATA port, enter the copy menu
and select the CD/DVD. A CD/DVD with a [Ext] tag will appear in the media list.
Select the device and proceed just as other devices.
Type
: Select the CD/DVD device using the up/down buttons on the front
side of the console or the mouse wheel.
Channel
: Select one or all 16 channels. Once the entry has been selected, use
the up/down buttons or the mouse wheel to adjust.
From
: Input the beginning date and time of the recording. Use the up/down
buttons on the front side of the console or the mouse wheel to
adjust.
To
: Input the ending date and time of the recording. Use the up/down
buttons on the front side of the console or the mouse wheel to
adjust.
Selecting Disk
: Select the medium to copy. Press [ENTER] on Select Disk to select
the medium.
Start
: Start copying. Press [ENTER] or left-click to start.
FAT32 Format
: Format USB disks and HDDs as FAT32.
This function does not apply to CDs or DVDs. To use formattable
media before usage, select FAT32 Format by pressing [ENTER] or
left-clicking the button.
