Troubleshooting
What do I do if I cannot connect to the web interface?
Verify that the IP address your attempting to access is correct. If the IP address is correct, verify that there aren’t any provisions in the firewall
preventing you from accessing it. If all else fails, try connecting via a cross-over cable (See page 13).
The clock isn’t keeping time. What should I do?
Make sure that the NTP/(S)NTP server addresses that were programmed are functioning. Also, make sure that the clock is communicating within
the network and has outside access to a time server.
The clock is not powering up. What should I do?
Make sure that the power injector is plugged in. If it is, ensure that the output is going to the clock and the input is going to the router/switch.
