FUNCTION
Allows test labels to be printed via software control.
FORMAT

a = 0: Small User test print.
1: Large User test print
2: Small Factory test print
3: Large Factory test print
Place in a separate command stream.

OUTPUT
A small factory test label is printed.
NOTES
A test print can also be initiated via the LCD panel.
