Po 100 roboczogodzinach
Wymienić wkład ltru powietrza.
Wymienić olej silnikowy.
Wymienić świecę zapłonową.
Wyczyścić osadnik.
Po 300 roboczogodzinach
Wymienić olej w układzie udarowym.
Wyczyścić ltr paliwa.
Wskazówka! Olej silnikowy należy wymienić po pierw-
szych 50 roboczogodzinach, a następnie wymieniać co
100 roboczogodzin. Olej w układzie udarowym wymie-
nić po pierwszych 25 roboczogodzinach, a następnie
wymieniać co 300 roboczogodzin.
OLEJ SILNIKOWY
Kontrola poziomu oleju
Poziom oleju sprawdzić przy wyłączonym i wypozio-
mowanym silniku.
1 Wykręcić śrubę spustu oleju (6).
2 Olej powinien być widoczny przy gwincie wlewu
oleju.
3 Jeżeli poziom oleju jest niższy, należy go uzupełnić
zalecanym olejem (patrz tabela z danymi technicz-
nymi) do dolnej krawędzi wlewu oleju.
Nie przelewać!
Dobrze dokręcić śrubę wlewu oleju.
Zbyt niski poziom oleju może doprowadzić do uszko-
dzenia silnika. Producent nie odpowiada za szkody
wynikające z takiego użytkowania; ryzyko ponosi wy-
łącznie użytkownik.

Olej silnikowy wymienić po pierwszych 50 roboczogo-
dzinach, następnie wymieniać co 100 roboczogodzin
lub co miesiąc.
1. Spuścić olej przy ciepłym silniku.
2. Rozgrzać silnik.
3. Wyłączyć silnik.
4. Pod śrubę spustu oleju (7) podstawić odpowiednio
duży pojemnik na zużyty olej.
5. W celu spuszczenia oleju wykręcić śrubę wlewu
oleju (6) i śrubę spustu oleju (7).
6. Śrubę spustu oleju (7) ponownie wkręcić i mocno do-
ciągnąć.
7. Wlać zalecany olej silnikowy przy wypoziomowa-
nym silniku do poziomu dolnej krawędzi wlewu.
Ilość i typ oleju patrz „Dane techniczne”.
Dobrze dokręcić śrubę wlewu oleju (6).
Wskazówka!
Zalecany olej silnikowy SAE 10W-30.
Ilość oleju do napełnienia ok. 0,6 litra.
Zużyty olej silnikowy należy ekologicznie zutylizować w
miejscu zbiórki zużytego oleju. Zabrania się wylewania
starego oleju na ziemię lub mieszania go z odpadkami.
Ważna wskazówka w przypadku naprawy:
W przypadku wysyłki ubijaka wibracyjnego do napra-
wy, ze względów bezpieczeństwa należy opróżnić go
z oleju i paliwa.

Note! Change motor oil after the rst 50 operating
hours, thereafter every 100 operating hours; change
the oil in the tamping system after the rst 25 operating
hours, thereafter every 300 operating hours
MOTOR OIL
Checking the oil level
Check the motor oil level when the motor is stopped
and horizontal.
1 Remove the oil cap screw (6).
2 The oil level should be visible in the thread of the
oil ller neck.
3 If the oil level is low, then ll with the recommended
oil (see Technical Data) until the level reaches the
lower edge of the oil ller opening
Do not overll!
Screw the oil cap screw closed well.
A low oil level can cause motor damage. The manufac-
turer is not liable for damages resulting from such use; the
user alone bears the risk thereof.

Change the motor oil after the rst 50 operating hours,
thereafter every 100 hours or every month.
1 Let the motor oil run out while the motor is warm.
2 Let the motor run warm.
3 Switch the motor off.
4 Place a sufciently large container under the oil
drain screw (7) to catch the old oil.
5 To let the oil run out, remove the oil cap screw (6)
and the oil drain screw (7).
6 Replace the drain screw (7) and tighten it.
7 Pour in the recommended motor oil while the motor
lies horizontal until the level reaches the lower edge
of the oil ller opening.
For oil volume and type, see “Technical Data.”
Screw the oil cap screw (6) closed well.
Note!
Recommended motor oil SAE 10W-30
Fill volume approx. 0.6 litres
Dispose of accumulated oil properly in the local used
oil collection point. It is forbidden to empty used oil onto
the ground or to mix it with trash.
Important note in the case of a repair:
When returning the vibration Rammer for repair, please
observe that for safety reasons, the vibration Rammer
must be sent to the service station free of oil and petrol.
