Ustawienie liczby obrotów il. 12/13
1 Dźwignię regulacji gazu (11) przesunąć w prawo do
pozycji biegu jałowego.
2 W celu zwiększenia liczby obrotów, wkręcić śrubę
zderzaka przepustnicy (E).
– W celu zmniejszenia liczby obrotów, wykręcić śrubę
zderzaka przepustnicy (e).
– Liczba obrotów biegu jałowego powinna być tak
ustawiona, aby ubijak pozostawał w pozycji stojącej.
– Wkręcić śrubę ogranicznika gazu (F), następuje
redukcja liczby obrotów silnika.
– Wykręcić śrubę ogranicznika gazu (F), następuje
zwiększenie liczby obrotów silnika.

Kontrola poziomu oleju:
Przed każdym uruchomieniem należy sprawdzić poziom
oleju.
1 Ustawić ubijak wibracyjny na równej powierzchni.
2 Usunąć wszelkie zabrudzenia w obszarze wziernika
(16).
3 Sprawdzić poziom oleju poprzez wziernik (16).
Smarowanie systemu udarowego jest zapewnione,
jeżeli poziom oleju znajduje się w przedziale ½ - ¾
wziernika.
Jeżeli nie widać oleju, należy go uzupełnić.
4 Proszę pochylić ubijak do przodu, aż urządzenie bę-
dzie się opierać na zabezpieczeniu transportowym.
5 Wykręcić śrubę spustu oleju (16) z dolnej części
ubijaka.
6 W razie potrzeby wlać olej SAE 10W-30.
7 Wkręcić śrubę spustu oleju i mocno dociągnąć.
8 Postawić urządzenie.
Wymiana oleju:
Olej w układzie udarowym wymienić po pierwszych 50
roboczogodzinach, następnie wymieniać co 300 robo-
czogodzin.
1 Przełożyć ubijak wibracyjny na tył, aż położy się na
pałąku prowadzącym.
2 Ułożyć pod urządzeniem odpowiedni pojemnik.
3 Odkręcić śrubę spustową oleju (16) przy podstawie
ubijaka i spuścić olej do pojemnika.
4 Ustawić ubijak ponownie w pozycji pionowej, a na-
stępnie przechylić go do przodu, aż położy się na
zabezpieczeniu transportowym (18).
5 Wlać olej.
6 Wkręcić ponownie śrubę (wziernik 16) i mocno do-
ciągnąć.
Postawić ponownie urządzenie.
Po wymianie oleju przez 10 minut nie uruchamiać ma-
szyny.
Wskazówka!
Zalecany olej silnikowy SAE 10W-30.
Ilość oleju do napełnienia ok. 0,8 litra.
Zużyty olej silnikowy należy ekologicznie zutylizować w
miejscu zbiórki zużytego oleju. Zabrania się wylewania
starego oleju na ziemię lub mieszania go z odpadkami.

1 Move the gas lever (11) to the right into the idle po-
sition.
2 Switch on the motor and allow it to warm up for one
minute.
– Screw in the choke stop screw (E) to increase the
speed.
– Screw the choke stop screw (E) outward to de-
crease the speed.
– The idle speed should be set so that the Rammer
remains still.
– Screwing in the gas limiting screw (F) reduces the
speed
– Screwing the gas limiting screw (F) outward increas-
es the speed

Checking the oil level:
Check the oil level before every use.
1 Place the vibration Rammer on a level surface.
2 Remove dirt in the area of the inspection glass (16).
3 Check the oil level through the inspection glass (16).
The tamping system lubrication is in order if the oil
inspection glass appears about 1/2 – 3/4 full.
If no oil is visible, then oil must be added.
4 Tilt the vibration Rammer forward until the device
lies on the transport protection.
5 Remove the oil drain screw (16) on the Rammer
base.
6 Rell if necessary with SAE 10W-30 oil.
7 Close the screw again and tighten it.
8 Set the device upright again
Changing the oil:
Change the oil in the tamping system after the rst 50
operating hours, thereafter every 300 operating hours.
1 Lay the vibration Rammer down backward until it
rests on the steering bar.
2 Place a suitable container under the device.
3 Remove the oil drain screw (16) on the Rammer base
and let the oil run out into the container.
4 Return the vibration Rammer to an uprite position
and then lean it forward until the device rests on the
transportation protection (18).
5 Pour in oil.
6 Close the screw (inspection glass 16) again and
tighten it.
Set the device upright again.After an oil change, do not
use the machine for 10 minutes.
Note!
Recommended motor oil SAE 10W-30
Fill volume approx. 0.8 litres
Dispose of accumulated oil properly in the local used
oil collection point. It is forbidden to empty used oil onto
the ground or to mix it with trash.
