If pressing the Outside Schlage button when the deadbolt is unlocked doesn't relock it, the 1-Touch Locking feature might not be enabled. Check the lock settings in the Schlage Sense app to enable it. If you prefer not to use Lock & Leave, enter a valid access code to lock the door.
