5 Troubleshooting
Errors Possible cause / Corrective action
GWK does not lock • Check air supply.
• Air or control line swapped
GWK does not lock properly • Contact surface between GWK and GWA is dirty
• Joint tolerances exceeded
• Connections for plug connector are bent (joint
tolerances).
GWK does not unlock properly • Guide between piston and clamping pin broken
• Unlocking pressure < 4.5 bar
Gripping force gets weaker • Check seals
• Check air pressure
