The TIME counts down from the time you push enter atthe beginning of the program and shows
the time remaining for your workout.
The INTERVAL TIME counts down and shows the remaining time before the program moves to the
next column.
Current pedal RPM (revolutions per minute).
WATTS shows the current power you are producing at a given resistance level. A WATT is a
measure of workload similar to horsepower (1 horsepower is equal to 746WATTS).
The estimated BISTANCEtraveled (Miles or Kilometers).
PULSEshows the current heart rate BPM (beats per minute). You must grip each Heart Rate contact
sensor pod on the grips of the machine to enable the computer to detect your heart rate. You can
also use the included Heart Rate Strap.
Estimated SPEEB (Miles or Kilometers/hour).
Estimated CALORIESyou have burned during the exercise.
Level of resistance or difficulty during a workout.
Console Buttons and Button Functions
START/ ENTER
Press START/ENTERfrom the POWER UP screen to begin the QUICK START program.
Use START/ENTERto make selections during data entry or to move forward through screens.
Use START/ENTERto return to your workout when you are in PAUSE mode.
UP / DOWN
Changes the resistance level and adjusts values such as program time etc.
L0CK/SCAN
Enables the user to alternately view INTERVALTIME or TIME, RPM or WATTS, and SPEEDor
CALORIES.
STOP/ RESET
Press the STOP / RESETin the program mode to return to previous screen. Press the STOP/RESET
button while exercising to pause the workout. Press the STOP/RESET button three times to reset
the console and go to the POWER UP screen.
ADVANTAGE
Use the ABVANTAGE mode to enter and view personalized user data.
FAN
The fan mounted to the console cools the air around you while you work out.
