UIPS POWER SUPPLY SECTION
The power section is rectifying and regulating
power for different parts of the KeyPad controller.
It is designated as a Universal Input Power Supply
(UIPS) since it can operate within 100 - 260 VAC to
output +12Vdc/0.8A. No selector switch is needed
for 115 VAC or 230 VAC input supply. The +12Vdc
voltage is then regulated to supply 5.0Vdc Digital
and 50Vdc(AVCC) analog to the main circuits of the
system.
