2.1 Description and use of the machine
Machine series:
x UNIFEED is manufactured for the loading, cutting
and mixing of animal feeding products,
x ECO LINE is manufactured for the loading,
cutting and mixing di chop & mix green &
biological residuals for the preparation of compost.
Stationary machine moved by an electric motor with a
power supply made according to Country of

The machine is fitted with blades ( 1 Fig. 3 ) and
counter blades ( 2 Fig. 3 ) for cutting, operated by
electric motor with an automatic device for checking
overloading.
System for side unloading with hydraulic belt.

(*)Because of the very different kind of material treated the
noise check has been made with the machine empty. The
evaluation of the noise risk lays anyway on the final user’s
side in order to apply the norms of prevention and
protection. as foreseen by the law 2006/42/CE in case the
working place couldn’t be defined, the measurement of the
noise level has been made at 7 mt. from the surface of the
machine and at 1.6 mt from the ground or from the access
platform.
