4.2.2 Weighing checking instruments (1-Fig. 33)
It allows the weighing of each component of the mixture
introduced in the loading tank.
Please read carefully the handbook enclosed to the
machine.
4.3 Machine start up
Before starting up the machine chech that all
functions are out of service.
Deactivate all the possible safety mechanical stops.
Now the machine is ready to start all those movements
useful to make practice.
Perfect knowledge of the machine use is the
best guarantee against accidents caused by
faulty manoeuvres.
If there is any function anomaly turn off
the general switch in the switch board and try to
find the cause.
In order to start up the machine, please follow the
following instructions:
x Turn the main switch 16- in ON position as
shown in Fig. 34. Line light 2-Fig. 13. should be
on.

control board and never from remote
control).
x By eman of switch 20 Fig. 13 select if you
decide to work using remote controls or on board
located control.
x Press button 9-Fig. 13 starting up the augers
rotation in forward direction ( right rotation for
the components mixing).
x Start to load the machine with the components to
be mixed.

When the product will be ready for distribution please
follow the following instructions:
x Lower the discharge conveyors (Fig. 35) by
pressing buttons 11 e 14 - Fig. 13.
