B.3 Unable to See Point Data
If your IED is not reporting data or responding to commands as expected, you may not have the correct
point/rule mapping. Verify that the IED is programmed with the correct parameters and that the RTM II is
loaded with a matching profile. If this is a new RTM II profile, contact your profile administrator or Sensus
Automation Technical Support for assistance.
