3815.3 KHz transmit and Lower Sideband, you would press:

Increment Frequency Press FREQ then Up Arrow or Down Arrow
Change Frequency Step Press SHIFT/FUNC , FREQ then Up Arrow

Down Arrow to select step SHIFT/FUNC
