Many potential problems can be resolved by the owner without calling a
service technician. If something is wrong with this product, check the following
before calling your authorised dealer or service centre.

Symptom Possible cause
● No sound is heard ● The input signal (selection) is not set properly.
● The volume level is set to “0”.
● Muting is activated.
● The equipment used with this system is not
HDMI compliance.
● The HDMI cable is not correctly connected.
Connect the HDMI cable correctly and then
perform the reset procedure. (refer page 26)
● Do not connect or disconnect an HDMI cable
while power is on. This may lead to operation
problems.
● Power turns off
suddenly.
● The HDMI cable is not correctly connected.
Connect it correctly and then perform the reset
procedure. (refer page 26)
● Noise is heard
during playback.
● Move the sound bar away from any computers
or mobile phones.
● When a button
is pressed, the
sound bar does not
respond.
● Set the sound bar to the standby mode and
then turn it back on.
● The power is not
turned on.
● The sound bar is unplugged.
● The protection circuit may be activated. Unplug
and plug in the power lead again after 5
minutes or more.
